Coaching is a personalized way to support a client in achieving their predetermined goals. As a writing coach, I believe coaching can assist clients in identifying their writing strengths and build upon their writing weaknesses. The writing process is complex and deeply personal, with a variety of ways to accomplish most writing goals. My goal as the coach is to help my clients enhance their skills, resources, and creative thinking process as they set out to accomplish those goals. My job is to provide tools that may be helpful in the writing process, ask deep questions to help the client think through next steps, and strategize action plans to help clients move through the writing process. My goal at the end of this coaching agreement is to empower my clients to make informed decisions and take productive action for their writing journey.
